If not having menstrual cycles: Use 21-25 days a month, taking a few days off. Apply 1/4 teaspoon (the size of a large pea) 4-6 times weekly, preferably before bedtime. Apply on inside of wrists, behind knees or side of neck, always close to a vein. To use vaginally, insert large pea size (1/4 tsp) with clean fingertip 3-4 times a week to build up vaginal tissues. Adjust your dosage to YOUR symptoms and results.

If still menstruating: Start on the FIRST day of your period and continue for 14 days only. Repeat starting on the first day of your next cycle. Apply externally while menstruating, and apply vaginally if needed when not menstruating.
