Tea tree oil is one of the most popular (and versatile) essential oils around, thanks to its antibacterial, antiviral, anti-fungal, and anti-inflammatory qualities.

Spearmint oil is multi-purpose and is used to soothe ailments such as skin problems, headaches, nausea, vomiting, respiratory issues, and cold symptoms. The 1, 8-cineole component of spearmint is believed to exhibit antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory activities.

Rosemary oil may reduce levels of cortisol, the "stress" hormone. Diluted and used topically, it is also known to stimulate hair growth, reduce pain, soothe inflammation, eliminate headaches, strengthen the immune system, and condition hair to make it look and feel healthy.

Eucalyptus oil has earned a reputation as a purifying, cleansing, clarifying, and immune-boosting oil that is ideal for use on skin. It is known for its ability to reduce or eliminate harmful surface and airborne bacteria, and infections upon contact.
