We ship orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) using the least amount of packaging material possible.
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

Missing Item Policy
We carefully check and double-check all orders before shipping. If you believe an item is missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
We will review the order and may:
- Ship the missing item
- Issue a refund for the missing item
- Apply a credit toward your next order
Damaged Packages
We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a package is damaged during transit.
To initiate a claim, you must email [email protected] with:
- Clear photos of the damaged outer box
- Clear photos of all contents inside the package
- Your order number
You must retain all original packaging materials until the claim has been reviewed and approved.
We work directly with USPS and UPS on all damage claims. In some cases, carrier communication with you may be required to complete the process.
International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.
